We can show you how. POSITION SUMMARY: The Database Coordinator supports data collection, maintenance, and management of Human Service software systems. This position serves as a technical point of contact assisting division management with database testing and training, data migration and collection, and report creation. The Database Coordinator is responsible for multiple system and data source coordination, data analysis, and report development. This role will ensure high-quality data collection, integrity, analysis, and reporting across the organization. In addition, the Database Coordinator will lead database related training and technical support, ensuring users are proficient and systems are aligned with best practices in service delivery. While primarily based at our Pittsburgh headquarters, this role may require occasional travel across the SWPA and NCWV region to engage with program teams and support the divisional database initiatives. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Research and resolve system problems, facilitate the implementation of new features, and spearhead review, testing, and implementation of system updates Maintain database configuration, workflows, user permissions, security protocols and system integrity. Design, build, and maintain dashboards reports for internal and external stakeholders and as requested by leadership or as necessitated by contract requirements, including providing data visualization and presentations as needed Collect, transfer and/or, enter relevant data from other systems into the appropriate Human Services database(s). Meet project timelines, determine resource needs, and provide solutions to resolve issues, keeping management apprised of necessary updates Train users on system functions as needed and provide ongoing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and help desk support to user Assist with the development of new procedures, guidelines, and documentation to be used in training managers and end user
