About The Position

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking an experienced Database Architect to join our team supporting the Personnel Enterprise Decision Support System (PEDSS) contract. This position is fully remote.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years in database architecture.
• Skills in data modeling, normalization, entity-relationship diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Design and model data structures, define indexing and relational strategies.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize data access and reporting.
• Support integration with Army HR systems such as IPPS-A and SAMAS
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals and project requirements.
