About The Position

At Trilogy Innovations, we are committed to driving meaningful change for our customers and communities through smart, innovative technology that solves real problems. As a growing systems and software engineering company, we partner across public and private sectors to modernize enterprise systems, strengthen security, and deliver high value solutions. We are scaling with purpose, investing in our people, processes, and platforms as we expand. We work hard, think creatively, and value every perspective as we push boundaries and build systems that matter. You are the kind of Database Administrator who enjoys digging into problems and making systems run faster, cleaner, and smarter. You know your way around Oracle and PostgreSQL, and you are just as comfortable in a Linux environment as you are navigating cloud platforms like AWS. You have a solid handle on the fundamentals, backups, performance tuning, and database optimization are not new concepts to you. You have likely written your fair share of SQL and scripts, and you take pride in making things more efficient than you found them. You are naturally curious. When something breaks, you want to understand why, not just fix it and move on. When something works, you look for ways to make it even better. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take ownership. You work well with others, explain technical concepts without making it complicated, and keep a cool head when things get busy. Most importantly, you care about the impact of your work, because behind every database is a mission that depends on it running right. This position will require being on call once every 2 months.
