This role helps define requirements for data projects and translate metric logic for non-technical audiences. The Data Translator contributes to internal and external reporting efforts, coordinates internal benchmarks, assists with metric documentation, and ensures timely completion of submission-related tasks across quality programs and partnerships. The data translator is organized, and a strong communicator.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience, or Associates degree and 4 years of experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for external submissions
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Document mapping logic, metric definitions, and business decisions in a clear, structured format.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with business stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support intake, tracking and prioritization of reporting request and external partnerships.
  • Works with technical resources to catch and address data discrepancies across key reporting content
