About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Data & Technology Analyst to support and enhance our dealership operations through data, systems, and technology. This role sits at the intersection of data management, IT, cybersecurity, and business strategy—helping drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and implement scalable technology solutions across the organization. You will work closely with leadership, vendors, and operational teams to optimize systems, improve workflows, and translate data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Experience in data management, IT systems, or a related technical field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and managing technology solutions
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with dealership systems or automotive industry (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain data environments, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security
  • Oversee data feeds between internal systems and external vendor partners
  • Design processes to collect, clean, and structure data for operational use
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools that translate data into actionable business insights
  • Communicate findings clearly to support operational decision-making
  • Partner with third-party IT providers and leadership to execute IT strategy
  • Manage company IT assets, including hardware rollouts and software updates
  • Monitor and evaluate IT vendors to ensure performance, cost efficiency, and alignment with company goals
  • Support compliance with FTC Safeguards and other security standards
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity vendors to strengthen systems and protocols
  • Assist with security initiatives such as phishing training, risk assessments, and penetration testing
  • Develop a strong understanding of the dealership technology ecosystem
  • Evaluate and implement new tools, including emerging AI technologies
  • Collaborate with departments to improve workflows and implement technology solutions
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable, tech-driven improvements
  • Support digital marketing initiatives by working with vendors and lead-generation platforms
  • Ensure company websites and digital channels deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Assist in building centralized data systems or dashboards to unify data across platforms
  • Support integration of tools and systems to improve internal efficiency
  • Coordinate implementation and optimization of fiber, VoIP, and SIP trunk systems
  • Support telephone system setup, including extensions, call routing, and hardware
  • Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve communication system issues
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity
  • Promote best practices across departments and dealership locations
  • Implement tools and processes that reduce inefficiencies and enhance team performance
