Hours: 40-Hour, Monday through Friday, On call rotation, Hybrid Rate: $26.66 - $35.18/HR Responsibilities Essential Functions Works with IT, staff, and providers to analyze and develop reporting needs which includes design and implementation of dashboards, reports, and other various business intelligence applications. Works to use data as an analytical tool, displaying the information in new forms for the purpose of analysis, exploration, prescriptive/predictive analytics and reporting. Provides input to the development of quality metrics Performs ad hoc analyses of healthcare data using SQL Server, Excel, and other tools, upon request. Identifies data issues and works with appropriate leaders to identify and recommend solutions. Participates in the development and execution of education to staff and IT. Responsible for supporting daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting and analytics including the design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and analysis of database queries and reports. Responsible for development of reports and dashboards to support key initiatives for senior leadership and other leaders throughout the organization. Responsible for both production and ad hoc reporting including required reports for governmental agencies such as CMS.
