About The Position

The primary function of the Data Management Supervisor is to assure data quality is maintained at a high level of accuracy. This position will work to coordinate with field operations departments, corporate level, and external contracting agencies to assure accurate data, reconciliation of authorizations with billings and tracking/reporting of same.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related degree from an accredited college or university
Three years child welfare direct service experience preferred.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must pass a drug screen, MVR, Criminal History and DFPS History Check, Centralized Background Check Unit Texas Health and Human Services Eligibility and any background checks deemed to be necessary.
FBI Fingerprint Check
Lifting requirements 50 lbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving, and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Prefer Master’s degree in Social Work or related degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting with reconciliation of authorizations for billing purposes.
Facilitate Data Clean up in CareMatch and IMPACT
Liaison with IT for development of CareMatch
Provide backup administration support for the departments in shared space.
Coordinate data improvement planning with Director of Data Management and Director of Continuous Quality Improvement
Provide leadership for staff by modeling expectations and behaviors.
Implements Saint Francis Ministries policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Ministries Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), rules, personnel policies, and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms.
Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels.
Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures.
Ensures clients’ rights are protected.
