The Data Strategist plays a key role in advancing equitable access to services by analyzing demographic, service delivery, community engagement, and other data through the lens of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). This position identifies trends, gaps, and opportunities to expand and improve services for all customers, especially historically underserved populations. By transforming complex data into actionable insights, this position supports strategic planning, program development, and policy decisions that promote inclusion and equity across the Library District. This role collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure data-informed practices which reflect the diverse needs of the communities the Library District serves. Sno‑Isle Libraries is seeking a Data Strategist to help advance equitable access, informed decision‑making, and community‑centered service across Snohomish and Island counties. This role transforms data into meaningful insights that guide organizational strategy, improve services, and elevate the needs of the communities we serve—especially those historically underserved. This role collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure data-informed best practices.
