About The Position

The Data Strategist Manager will bring clarity, consistency, and strategic insight to a complex data and dashboard ecosystem. This role will be responsible for rationalizing and consolidating existing dashboards, enhancing and extending dashboards owned by multiple teams, and building new views that clearly communicate how our digital tools and platforms are performing. Success in this role requires strong technical fluency and the ability to translate raw data into meaningful, role-specific insights for diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • Strong experience managing complex dashboards and reporting environments
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing without direct ownership
  • Able to balance technical execution with strategic storytelling
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and stakeholder-centric
  • Passionate about turning data into clarity, alignment, and action
  • Five years of management experience
  • Five years of functional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience including knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.), Power BI and Smartsheet

Responsibilities

  • Audit, clean up, and consolidate a large portfolio of existing dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Enhance and extend dashboards owned by other teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability.
  • Design and build new dashboards that clearly communicate performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Establish standards for dashboard design, data definitions, and reporting hygiene.
  • Create tailored views for different stakeholder groups, balancing real-time data needs with executive-level summaries.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive awareness and decision-making.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure reporting aligns with KPIs and strategic priorities.
  • Oversee data migration, integration, and consolidation efforts across multiple platforms and sources.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to source, validate, and govern both existing and new data streams.
  • Implement best practices for data modeling, tracking, documentation, and overall ongoing management.
  • Act as a thought partner in defining how our digital data should be consumed, shared, and operationalized across the segment.
  • Support data literacy and adoption by helping teams understand how to use dashboards effectively.
