About The Position

Southeast Restoration (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a Data Solutions Intern to support the design and delivery of data solutions across the organization. In this role, you’ll learn how data is collected, cleaned, and used to support reporting, analytics, and automation efforts that drive better business decisions. This internship is ideal for a curious, detail-oriented individual who is eager to build foundational skills in data, technology, and problem-solving within a collaborative, purpose-driven environment. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent coursework or hands-on learning)
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in working with data accurately and responsibly
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, concepts, and processes
• Basic technical aptitude and comfort navigating digital tools and systems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to ask thoughtful questions
• Integrity and care when working with sensitive or confidential information

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to tools such as Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Learn, Fabric, or similar analytics platforms is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data preparation, validation, reporting, and documentation under the guidance of the data and technology team
• Support the maintenance and updating of dashboards, datasets, and basic automations
• Learn how data flows between systems and how analytics support business goals and operational decision-making
• Follow established data standards and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Assist in documentation processes, support knowledge sharing, and assist with basic user or team requests
• Participate in team meetings, ask questions, and incorporate feedback to grow technical and professional skills
• Support efforts to reduce manual work and improve efficiency through accurate and well-organized data work
