About The Position

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Data Services - Technical Coordinator to join our growing team. then go into high-level overview. The technical coordinator will: Arrange meetings, track work, and document findings for Health Data Services work efforts. In particular, the coordinator will ensure that the Director of Health Data Services is informed about ongoing projects and that staff are aware of decisions made in meetings with the Director.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of project coordinator experience
• Must be self-driven
• Able to produce from minimal direction
• Must speak proficient English
• Must understand basic project principles
• Advanced Excel
• MS Project or Smartsheet project management software
• SharePoint and MS Teams
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Preference given for experience in Healthcare or Government
• Preference given for experience in County Health Care
• Experience with PMI or PMP language is a bonus
• Experience working with data engineers is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Create forms and work trackers.
• Manage staff deliverables
• Manage Vendor relationships
• Manage staff training
