The Action Fund engages in educational, advocacy, and limited electoral activity, including grassroots organizing, legislative advocacy, and voter education in furtherance of the Planned Parenthood mission. Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), Planned Parenthood Votes (PPVotes), and Planned Parenthood Action Fund (Action Fund)seek a dynamic and solutions-oriented Data Services Specialist. This job reports to the Associate Director, Data Engineering and Reporting in the Research & Policy Department of the national office. The Research & Insights team provides strategic, data-driven guidance to the External Affairs division and supports the critical work of the national and local Planned Parenthood organizations to conduct equitable, efficient, and effective campaigns. This role is expected to begin in February 2026 and end in December 2026. Purpose: The Data Services Specialist will provide additional support and training capacity to the Research and Insights team, including interfacing with national and local Planned Parenthood staff on tools support and coaching. This role is responsible for solving non-routine and varied use cases and providing end-user support and training on all Federation systems. This role will provide clear and user-friendly communication, prompt and thorough technical support, strategic guidance, and best practices to Planned Parenthood EveryAction VAN and Hustle users through the help desk ticketing system, documentation, and regular virtual training sessions.
