About The Position

We are looking for a Data Science Lead along with Data Science and Data Engineering support roles to build and deliver advanced AI/ML and data science solutions in a fast‑paced, agile environment. This role focuses on rapid iteration, business impact, and end‑to‑end model development, including propensity modeling and close integration with data engineering pipelines. Leveraging GenAI and data assist tools to accelerate outcomes is a key part of this role. Experience in the HR domain is a strong plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading data science projects with rapid iterations in an agile setup
• Strong hands‑on experience in AI/ML model development, especially propensity modeling
• Ability to drive and influence data engineering workstreams to support model development and refinement
• Experience leveraging GenAI or Data Assist tools to accelerate data science workflows is highly desirable
• Prior experience in the HR domain is a strong advantage
• Solid foundation in AI/ML techniques and applied data science
• Ability to follow technical direction and contribute to model development as part of a team
• Experience in data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines on AWS
• Strong knowledge of cloud databases, structured and unstructured datasets
• Hands‑on experience loading data into S3 and working with tabular schemas
• Databricks experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end data science initiatives using agile and iterative delivery models
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, including propensity models, aligned to business outcomes
• Drive and define data engineering requirements to support model development, optimization, and scalability
• Leverage GenAI / Data Assist tools to accelerate data exploration, modeling, and experimentation
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure models deliver measurable impact
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model training, validation, and refinement
• Support testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to ensure seamless handoff and integration
