About The Position

This role delivers advanced people analytics and predictive insights to enable strategic, fair, and data-driven workforce decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Posit, RConnect, RShiny, and GitLab for analytics application development and version control.
  • Ability to present complex analytics concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Executive-ready data storytelling skills, including clear visualizations, narratives, and recommendations.
  • Strong analytic rigor and judgment, including data validation, documentation, and continuous improvement of models and methods.
  • Stakeholder advising.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with HR COEs, Legal/DEI, IS, and people analytics team members to deliver scalable insight solutions.
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Bachelors' degree required

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced people analytics and predictive models to inform workforce planning, retention, and talent decisions.
  • Deliver strategic workforce and talent insights by translating complex people data into actionable recommendations for HR leaders.
  • Create executive-ready insights and storytelling that clearly communicate workforce risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs.
  • Ensure analytic rigor and continuous improvement through strong data science practices, documentation, and model refinement.
  • Partner with analytics application developers to design and deliver advanced dashboards and analytics products that enable scalable, self-service people insights.
  • Partners closely with HR COEs and leadership (e.g., Talent/Total Rewards/DEI/HRBPs) and cross-functional stakeholders to define questions, interpret results, and drive action.
  • Ability to influence leaders and decision makers with data through visualization and insights.
