As an advanced data scientist and researcher on our Air Power team, you’ll introduce innovative data science methodologies to make a real-world impact on Air Force installation and mission support (I&MS). You’ll share your skills in data and shape the future of analytics through a variety of means such as analytical products that change the world. Requirements

Experience with Air Force manpower and I&MS data sets
Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI
Ability to strategically partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute management initiatives that align organizational priorities with long-term growth objectives
Ability to build predictive models and analytical frameworks to extract business insights from large data sets, driving data-driven recommendations for senior leadership
Ability to design and implement processes and tools, and operate cadences that improve visibility, accountability, and efficiency across the organization
Ability to deliver structured problem-solving to identify workforce risks, forecast resource gaps, and inform sales operations and business strategy decisions
Ability to create performance dashboards and KPIs in Power BI that enable real-time monitoring and support continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Master’s degree in Business Analytics
