Primary Purpose The Data Science & Business Intelligence Senior I position delivers advanced analytics and predictive models that address complex business questions. The role translates data into meaningful insights to improve processes and support strategic initiatives. It plays a critical role in supporting the company's Ethics and Compliance program and managing the Ethics & Compliance Helpline. This position is also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Helpline case management system, ensuring timely triage and assignment of cases, generating reports, preparing presentations and analyzing data to identify trends, hot spots and patterns.
