About The Position

About the Role: The Team: S&P Global’s Managed Data Services team leverages market-leading technology and a global team of experts to provide an end-to-end data management solution for private markets investors. The LP Associate plays a vital role, overseeing a range of functions to facilitate the delivery of quality data and insights to our limited partner clients.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant field
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, and the motivation to learn new applications
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team setting while under the pressure of deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Right to Work Requirements: This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• A strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting
• Accounting or Finance degree
• An understanding of programming languages such as SQL is desirable but not required
• Experience working with large datasets in a live environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate the collection of private fund data from financial reports.
• Perform quality control reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
• Collaborate with various internal parties to understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of data.
• Lead and manage ad-hoc projects to satisfy client or business needs.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
