About The Position

The Data & Reporting group is responsible for centralized processing and reporting, monitoring efficacy of controls that ensure integrity of data systems, and other centralized work tasks.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in comparable operational support, data quality, or data servicing roles
• Experience applying a high degree of accuracy in data entry must be maintained
• Experience developing and maintaining positive relationships with coworkers, clients, and business partners
• Demonstrates an ability to work independently with strong follow through
• Demonstrates an ability to quickly learn, adapt and understand complicated concepts to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change
• Scheduling flexibility to accommodate regular early morning or late evening tasks as assigned
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential, intermediate Excel with knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and filtering are preferred
• Two-year college degree or 3-5 years related business experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, and Interactive Data platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensureaccurateentry, monitoring, and remediation of data across operationplatforms
• Monitor the controls of operations by reviewing the completeness and accuracy of data, remediating as necessary
• Execute centralized work functions in support operations by acting as a resource for administrative support
• Generate centralized reporting for operations, management, and clients in the form of system, control, and performance reports
