About The Position

The Data Reporting Analyst is a member of the Corporate Information Systems team and provides data analytics and reporting support to organizational leadership, including clinical, business, and finance teams. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining standardized and ad hoc reports that support operational decision-making, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives. The analyst will manage the data analysis and reporting needs for an assigned subset of the business, including the development of foundational operational reports and more complex analytical and financial reports using business intelligence tools. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders to deliver clear, visual, and actionable insights while identifying gaps in data quality resulting from workflow inefficiencies or system configurations. The Data Reporting Analyst maintains working knowledge of enterprise data sources—including the EHRs (InSync, WellSky Specialty Care for Behavioral Health), Paycom, CRM platforms, and data warehouses—and supports data integrity and consistency across the organization. The analyst works under the guidance of the Information Development Specialist to ensure alignment with organizational data standards, reporting methodologies, and governance practices. This is a remote position, requiring a suitable home work environment during defined working hours. Infrequent travel to corporate offices or facilities may be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Business, Informatics or Data Analytics related field
  • Maintains education and development appropriate for position. May substitute experience for education
  • Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development.
  • Experience in using business intelligence platform - Power BI.
  • Experience building and validating datasets, reports, and dashboards to support business or clinical decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools including Sharepoint

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with healthcare environments, terminology, or EHR systems (InSync or WellSky Specialty Care for Behavioral Health preferred).
  • Experience working with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and basic SQL querying.
  • Experience using business intelligence platforms such as Tableu, Sisense, or similar tools (Power BI experience is required).
  • Prior experience in behavioral health setting

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, and maintains standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools
  • Assists in gathering, organizing, and maintaining information resources across platforms such as Excel, SharePoint, and enterprise systems including the InSync EHR
  • Runs reports and extracts data from source systems to prepare clean, accurate datasets for analysis and reporting
  • Supports the development of Power BI dashboards and SQL queries under the guidance of the Information Development Specialist
  • Identifies data trends, outliers, and inconsistencies; provides insights and suggestions regarding potential root causes and process improvements
  • Supports data validation efforts to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of reported information
  • Documents reporting logic, definitions, and processes to support transparency and repeatability
  • Performs other duties as assigned
