The Data & Reporting Analyst II is responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of master data used across the organization. The Data & Reporting Analyst II oversees data onboarding, end-to-end data processing, data stewardship, generation of operational metrics for performance monitoring, and project work for continual improvement and enhancement of our data assets. Location: Office-Based (an average of 3 days per week) Blue Bell, PA, United States Raleigh, NC United States

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Master Data Management experience as a Data Scientist, Data Steward, or relatable role
  • 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience
  • Proven experience in data analysis in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in data manipulation using tools such as Excel
  • ETL experience, such as Informatica or Talend/Qlik
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems for diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze and provide data in consumable formats and full accuracy for various levels
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities

  • Leverage strong analytical skills to objectively interpret data from various sources, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Apply independent critical thinking to analyze problems, present data-driven solutions, and drive actions to meet business objectives
  • Validate and ensure the quality of data before initiating analysis, conducting quality checks on your work to maintain accuracy
  • Compose and deliver data outputs in a client-friendly manner, meeting established timelines and contractual requirements
  • Collaborate in the creation of dashboards and metrics, contributing your expertise to establish relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to explain processes and data challenges in a concise manner with relevant training and support materials
  • Contribute to our culture of process improvement by streamlining processes, innovating, and working with cross-functional partners to understand and address business challenges
  • Leverage established SQL skills to navigate complex and distinct databases to answer inquiries, solve problems, and drive measurable process improvements
