By enabling experimentation, self‑service analytics, and evidence-based iteration, this role helps teams learn faster, reduce risk, and deliver better member experiences at scale. What you’ll be doing Own and optimize the Amplitude analytics platform for mobile and portal experiences Define and govern digital experience metrics, tracking standards, and data quality Build and scale the experimentation platform and A/B testing program Enable Product Managers and Designers to run experiments and access self‑service insights Manage the digital experience intelligence roadmap based on decision impact Partner across Design, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, and Security to ensure compliant, actionable data What you will need to be successful Experience owning digital experience analytics, experimentation, or data products in product‑led organizations Deep expertise in product analytics, metrics design, and behavioral data modeling Hands‑on experience managing Amplitude or similar analytics platforms Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and statistical rigor Ability to translate product and design questions into measurable metrics and testable hypotheses Technical fluency with SQL, analytics tools, and mobile and web tracking Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance in regulated environments An experimentation mindset, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to influence across teams #LI-Remote This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • Experience owning digital experience analytics, experimentation, or data products in product‑led organizations
  • Deep expertise in product analytics, metrics design, and behavioral data modeling
  • Hands‑on experience managing Amplitude or similar analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and statistical rigor
  • Ability to translate product and design questions into measurable metrics and testable hypotheses
  • Technical fluency with SQL, analytics tools, and mobile and web tracking
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance in regulated environments
