Data processor and Production Assistant
About The Position
Responsibilities: Accurately input and process customer orders into the company's database or order management system. Ensure timely and precise handling of all aspects of order processing, from order entry to fulfillment. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's inventory system. Regularly update inventory records to reflect stock levels, ensuring accurate availability information. Collaborate with the inventory control team to address discrepancies and implement corrective measures. Coordinate the shipment of LTL orders, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements. Collaborate with logistics and shipping departments to arrange timely and cost-effective deliveries. Verify and correctly price customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product pricing and applicable discounts. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve any pricing discrepancies. Address customer inquiries and concerns related to order status, pricing, and shipment. Provide prompt and helpful responses to resolve any issues or problems related to customer orders. Work closely with team members in various departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Collaborate with coworkers to share insights and best practices for optimizing data processing workflows. Maintaining the daily production schedule Assist in overseeing the daily Production operations of our crews. Help delegate job assignments to team members and personnel. Assist in communicating with crews when problems arise. Communicate with customers as needed. Inspect all materials and equipment going out. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Assist in monitoring inventory.
