SUMMARY Performs activities related to the operations and data management of the Workforce Services Division, including Goodwill University, Employment Engagement, Talent Development, Career Navigation, Regional Career Services, Trade School, Family Stability, and the Career Employment Center to perform the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are listed below in order of importance, from most important to least important: M Maintains Workforce Services data quality and integrity using data analysis, exception reports, audits, and validation procedures; performs monthly data reconciliations to identify irregularities; and presents, findings to diverse and non-technical audiences. Plans, organizes, conducts evaluations of both community-based and internal programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organization, division and program objectives by managing the program logic models and grant-related metrics process; communicates impact through specific grant reporting; and expands the participant feedback loop process by facilitating the administration of surveys & focus groups following training Creates and edits Workforce Services Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), division-specific documentation such as Logic Models, Training Manuals, Onboarding documents, etc. Analyzes workflow processes across the division to recommend and implement process improvements for efficient operations; and provides data-related training to internal and new team members on processes, workflows and onboarding tasks Facilitates cross-departmental collaboration with colleagues across the organization, including internal Data & Analytics team, Marketing, Philanthropy, and various departments & leadership within the Workforce Services Division to coordinate and support a wide variety of division-specific and agency-wide initiatives.
