About The Position

To ensure accurate and up to date customer records in the CRM and to provide training, analytical and technical support to all users of the CRM and to provide project management support for the running of sfopera.com. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ensures integrity of data in Tessitura through regular audits and maintenance activities including, but not limited to, duplicate record management, regular NCOA and phone appends and new record review and creation. Develop and document processes, analysis and training opportunities for Engagement and Connectivity department. Assist in triaging user access issues in the hosted Tessitura environment and escalating requests as needed to Helpdesk or Tessitura Help System. Support user testing of new versions of Tessitura software and new functionality on sfopera.com Provide project management support for sfopera.com, including tracking of bug fixes and enhancements. Update existing Tessitura documentation to stay in line with new versions of Tessitura software. Maintain electronic and paper files related to Tessitura. Assist in data entry and clean-up. Provide support as needed to Tessitura users who have complex data requirements. Support Associate Director of Data Operations in data management, report requests, and developing systems which accurately capture, track, segment and report data in the most meaningful manner. SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: Provide on-going, one-on-one training for Tessitura users as needed. Create and maintain process documentation across multiple departments. Keep data-entry and project requests and workflows moving and ‘clients/users’ updated and informed. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Experience with a CRM (Tessitura preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent, accurate typing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database skills; Tessitura revenue management system highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and comprehensively.
  • Ability to work independently; prioritize tasks; exercise good judgment and initiative.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills; must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Must be able to set priorities; coordinate multiple projects simultaneously; meet firm deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Reliable daily attendance and punctuality.
  • Must perform the functions of the position in a safe manner.
