We’re looking for a Data Operations Analyst to support MNTN’s Revenue Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleansing and maintaining data quality across MNTN Revenue team’s data sources. You’ll partner closely with key stakeholders on the MNTN's Revenue teams to ensure the integrity and hygiene of their data and the data process.

Requirements

  • Experience in data operations, revenue operations (RevOps), or CRM management, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Problem-solving agility—you love untangling data puzzles and proposing scalable solutions.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in team environment while also building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Able to work on critical processes which needs dive deep and attention to details.
  • Proactive ownership—you don’t wait for direction; you identify gaps and drive improvements.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own data quality across MNTN’s revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce), eliminating duplicates, standardizing entries, and enriching records for maximum reliability.
  • Partner with Revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand data workflows, identify pain points, and implement scalable hygiene processes
  • Champion data governance by establishing protocols for ongoing cleansing, validation, and enrichment—proactively flagging anomalies and driving resolutions.
  • Coordinate and maintain predefined schedules for the processing of data, including following up on missing or incomplete information from both internal and external sources
  • Maintain data quality across MNTN Revenue team’s data sources
  • Leverage Salesforce to create operational reports for the various MNTN Revenue Teams
  • Analyze data to better inform Stakeholders and influence business decisions and outcomes
  • Provide guidance and support with queries from teammates.
