The Data Operations Analyst position requires highly motivated problem solvers with solid analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and a desire to advance within the organization. This position will provide broad-based data support across business units, products, and services. Job title and Compensation to be determined based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and an undergraduate level understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, product development or data analysis.
Strong technical skills, including the ability to independently execute complex data analytics in SQL, R, or Python.
Knowledge of market research methodologies, including data collection, analysis, and competitor analysis.
2+ years SQL, R, or Python experience with a focus in data analytics.
An interest in growing these skills and training others is required.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to producing high quality analysis and attention to detail.
Desire to work within a team environment.
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of relevant software tools, analytical methods and computer models to develop solutions.
Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data and/or financial data.
Perform data quality checks, develop test plans, identify anomalies, and ensure data integrity through audits.
Provide support on all aspects of small to medium sized clients and discrete segments of larger projects.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations.
Present data analysis and product performance evaluations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Broad-based data support across business units, products, and services.
Help manage parts of the project and/or product lifecycle across client implementations and/or practice initiatives.
Participate in a team environment and prioritize assignments and responsibilities to meet goals and deadlines.
Implement test plan to ensure manufacturer customizations are applied accurately across products.
