Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Support and the Senior Data Migration and Onboarding Specialist, the Data Migration and Onboarding Specialist will manage various external and internal tasks. These primarily involve client data migration, along with its transformation, analysis, and overall management. You will handle client onboarding from initial handoff to its finalization. This role has a heavy emphasis on spreadsheet work, but you will also be asked to conduct client meetings and ensure a smooth onboarding process. As an internal data specialist, you will be helping customers and internal stakeholders solve their problems through the preparation of data analysis and effective communication.
