The Data Management Office Manager is a highly resourceful and effective team builder and communicator. The Data Management Office (DMO) Manager has expertise in using Management Information Systems for outreach and recruitment activities by identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data. This person maintains appropriate databases and acquires data from primary and secondary data sources, and works closely with all career offices to prioritize informational needs and continuously monitors performance. The DMO Manager works as a partner with his/her manager to oversee operations and to make sure that the office's activities align with program, department, or agency mission and core values The DMO Manager leads, coaches, mentors, and monitors staff to ensure they are properly trained in program, department, and agency policies and procedures and carry out assigned work. Success measures include positive leadership practices that create an environment in which staff deliver quality and performance objectives. Expected Positive Outcomes • WFI: Understands the Management Information Systems (MIS) and monitoring of tracking and open services in systems including: Financial Aid Management System (FAMS), Financial Aid Communication System (FACS), Child Care Management System (CCMS), Document Management System (DMS), Docuware, Team Performance and Productivity: setting clear objectives, managing workflows, and ensuring that the team meets its targets and deadlines effectively Development and Training: This involves identifying training needs, providing mentorship, and helping team members grow their skills and career paths. Quality of Work: This includes ensuring adherence to industry standards, company policies, and client expectations.
