We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to serve as the engagement lead in our Banking and Capital Markets practice. This strategic role focuses on fostering seamless collaboration across internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that accelerate business outcomes. The lead will act as a pivotal connector, ensuring alignment between advisory, technology, and operations services while driving client engagement and revenue growth. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, client relationship management, and business acumen to achieve ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced financial landscape. Also responsible for enabling communication between clients, other EXL business units, internal support staff, as well as multi-functional and multi-shore project teams.
