You will lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level Tableau and Power BI dashboards. You will develop and maintain efficient SQL and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and integration. You will conduct data quality assessments, identify gaps, and implement remediation strategies to improve data trustworthiness. You will provide expert-level guidance on BI, data modeling, master data management, and best practices. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in a professional environment
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI
• Experience using SQL
• Ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot queries across large, complex data sets
• DHS Suitability
• Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience with entity resolution and matching algorithms for mastering data and building Golden Records
• Experience with Golden Record creation and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) practices, ensuring consistent, reliable, and authoritative data across systems
• Experience with building advanced, interactive dashboards, applying complex DAX or MDX calculations, and optimizing visualizations for executive and operational decision-making
• Experience with reference data management, including standardizing codes, values, and taxonomies
• Experience using Python for advanced data wrangling, automation, and integration with BI tools
• Experience working with Azure cloud platforms, leveraging BI and data services in cloud environments
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
