About The Position

The Department of Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Division is seeking a Data Management Analyst II to support the data collection, tracking and reporting needs of the Behavioral Health Hub(s). This position will have responsibility for ensuring all reporting deadlines are met according to contractual terms to avoid financial consequence, assist in supporting the Hub team members, provide back-up for the Program Coordinator and Program Director. Assist in the data and reporting needs in the development of any future satellite Hubs and/or data related projects. Help to coordinate the work of other Hub members on assigned projects, and monitor data input in the UFG and UFP Behavioral Health Hubs client and provider databases (REDCap). Program Support - This position will be responsible for assisting with the following duties. Develops data collection instruments; develops and utilizes instruments and methods for the evaluation and quality control of quality improvement or operational data. Updates/maintains specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting of contractual data, as appropriate to the position. Collects, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports. Help to ensure quarterly goals of 90 and 45 referrals are met for UFG and UFP, respectively. Monitor referrals monthly to gauge if Hubs will achieve quarterly goals. Monitoring timeline tracking grids for all contractual tasks and deliverables and ensuring all deadlines are met, for both area Hubs. Compiling data for required reports under the contracts (and Scopes of Work, when applicable) and assist with completion of all DOH required reporting templates. Enter all new referrals received by UFG into REDCap daily. Monitor Hub Work Queue daily, enter referrals and notify Care Coordinator. Work with the Program Director to create and maintain Hub/REDCap SOPs. Help to train OPS Data Assistant, upon hire. Participates in local and regional Quality Improvement Initiatives, on an ongoing basis. Act as back-up for Skill-Building sessions; gather necessary paperwork to submit for CME requirements, when requested. Assist in CME application renewal, when required. Send out meeting invites, obtain Satisfaction Surveys post-session and upload recording to Hub website. Support the PI, as requested. Produce ad-hoc data reports for publishing, presentations, etc. Assist with Data Projects and work with PI, Program Coordinator and Director and Med Students or MPH Interns assigned to the Hub at any given time. Administrative - Help to manage increased participation requirements and growth in referral submissions. Assist to onboard and support Post Docs who rotate through the Hub. Liaise with participating and enrolled primary care providers. Research PCPs in both the UFG and UFP catchment areas for the purpose of outreach and marketing, at the request of the Program Director. Serve as back-up to Hub Program Coordinator. Audit monthly all data and Hub activities entered into Hubs’ internal database for both UFG and UFP and upload to DOH Program Evaluator. Research and respond to, or edit, any entries based on USF feedback. Keep REDCap data fields current with any changes made by DOH and/or USF. Update all existing records accordingly. Input all missing data elements on historical cases since Hub inception. Pull monthly reports for back-end team to perform billing audits. Community Liaison - Assist Program Director with DCAP and CAN to assist with Hub goal of serving as first point of contact, as outlined by algorithm and Medical Director(s) guidance. Assists with ongoing maintenance of the BH Hub website. Collaborates with IT staff on improvements to or development of data infrastructure. Any other duties, as needed, to fulfill the mission and to abide by the values of the Department of Psychiatry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area
  • Two years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work effectively as a collaborative team member while also functioning as an independent contributor
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities to support sound decision‑making and efficient workflow

  • Expert knowledge of Word, Powerpoint, Excel, WordPress, Apollo, EPIC, and REDcap or comparable data platforms
