About The Position

The Data Integrity Coordinator is responsible for accuracy and data entry of all aspects of cost & allowance activity. This role provides support to the Category Business Managers in areas such as new item setup, discontinues, cost changes, vendor changes, and other item maintenance. Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving store reported discrepancies in a timely manner, continuously meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and auditing reports that impact cost, item attributes, taxability, WIC Eligibility, SNAP, funding, and store authorizations. The coordinator ensures accurate setup of new items and vendors, discontinuation of products, and fulfills promotional price extension requests submitted by the category team. Northeast Grocery encourages the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help increase efficiency, productivity, and quality of work, expecting corporate team members to leverage AI-enabled tools for tasks like analysis, content development, problem-solving, and process improvement, while adhering to company policies, data privacy standards, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

  • Strong data entry skills
  • Self-starter; ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Proficient in a PC environment (MS Office – Excel, Word, Access)
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner with new systems and have demonstrable skills with word processing software and spreadsheets
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with mainframe systems a plus
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory agencies helpful
  • Understanding of the store environment
  • Two years’ experience in grocery retail/store operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill promotional price extension requests submitted by the category team
  • Other duties as assigned
