Requirements

Academic Focus: You are currently pursuing or hold a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
Excel Mastery: You possess advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and complex logical formulas) and understand how to manipulate large datasets without compromising integrity.
Technical Mindset: You understand the importance of "clean data" in the context of Machine Learning and business intelligence.
Attention to Detail: You have a high-level "debug" mindset—you can spot inconsistencies and errors in data that others might miss.
Communication: You have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical team members.
Work Ethic: You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is paramount.

Responsibilities

AI Data Sanitization: Lead the clean-up and structural optimization of datasets within our systems to ensure high-fidelity inputs for AI training and logic.
CRM Engineering: Act as the primary gatekeeper for CRM data quality, ensuring that sales and logistics data are clean, deduplicated, and ready for advanced analytics.
Data Intelligence & Mapping: Use logical frameworks to categorize and tag data based on relevance, helping our sales pipeline operate with mathematical precision.
Algorithmic Prospecting: Perform high-level administrative prospecting by identifying patterns and opportunities within massive data sets.
