We value teamwork and strive to build strong leaders. Responsibilities: Lead data integration and governance across intelligence systems, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance. Facilitate interoperability and enable seamless intelligence data sharing across platforms and stakeholders. Manage and guide teams responsible for data workflows throughout the intelligence lifecycle. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive documentation. Provide briefings and deliver analytical support to mission stakeholders.

Requirements

• Meets all qualifications of a Data Steward / Policy Manager, plus:
• 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline
• Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
