Requirements

• Meets all qualifications of a Data Steward / Policy Manager, plus: 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR
• High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline
• Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph

Responsibilities

• Lead data integration and governance across intelligence systems, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Facilitate interoperability and enable seamless intelligence data sharing across platforms and stakeholders.
• Manage and guide teams responsible for data workflows throughout the intelligence lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive documentation.
• Provide briefings and deliver analytical support to mission stakeholders.
