The Data and Insights Analyst plays a critical role in the successful planning, execution, and follow-through of enterprise-wide and targeted listening strategies. Reporting to the Organizational Health and Teammate Experience Data and Analytics Director, this position is responsible for administering surveys, managing data quality, and providing reports that assist leaders in understanding enterprise health and the relationship between teammate experiences, culture, behavior, and performance. This position serves as a subject matter expert on survey logistics, analytics, and reporting platforms, and is responsible for ensuring that surveys are executed with precision, stakeholder readiness is high, and insights are clear, timely, and actionable. This role also plays a vital part in building organizational understanding of how to use results both responsibly and effectively to improve organizational health. It is a highly collaborative position that requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a strong sense of discretion and integrity when working with sensitive enterprise and teammate data.
