The Information Security Data Governance Analyst establishes and implements policies, standards, and procedures as part of a data governance program to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive organizational data. This includes performing the ongoing management and support of a data classification and labeling solution and protecting organizational data from theft, loss, or unauthorized disclosure. This critical role will regularly interact with internal data governance stakeholders, including business and technology personnel, to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, along with establishing data governance best practices across the organization. Strong skills in analytical thinking, critical thinking, time management, communication/collaboration, and process-oriented with a detailed understanding of data governance principles are required for this role.
