As a Data Expert within PNC's Data, Model & Analytics Customer Data Solutions organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Tysons Corner, VA. The Customer Data Analytics & Solutions team is responsible for strengthening the reliability, quality, and consistency of customer data across the enterprise. This role focuses on delivering analytical and data driven solutions that enable accurate, compliant, and trusted customer information to support critical business decisions. The position plays a key role in implementing targeted solutions for high impact customer data challenges, including consumer contact data, consent management, entity resolution, and customer relationship representation. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, hands on data expertise, and the ability to operate across business, risk, and technology partners to reinforce enterprise data integrity.
