This role transforms fragmented, unused, and unmapped data into meaningful, monetizable, and actionable product and organizational insights. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Data Science, Sales, Implementation, and Client Success, the Data Experience Designer ensures every experience we deliver is intuitive, measurable, and directly tied to business outcomes. Starting with Product, this role builds the first unified lens into usage, friction, adoption, and success. That initial dashboard becomes the template for department specific dashboards across the organization, eventually rolling up into a real time CXO health view that updates instantly, eliminating manual reporting and guesswork forever.
