About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to inspection findings to ensure compliance with required processes. Requirements

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related role, preferably within an engineering or quality management environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data related to inspection findings into our systems.
• Maintain comprehensive digital records, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in identifying discrepancies or anomalies in data and report them to the team.
• Support the development and maintenance of a reliable foundation of information to facilitate communication and progress tracking.
• Adhere to data management protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
