About The Position

The Remote Data Entry Specialist (Typist) will play a vital role in reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our documentation, which is critical to the success of our process servers teams. This is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, located anywhere in the United States. Requirements

  • No experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a definite plus, and we welcome applications from individuals who are looking to start or advance their careers in this field.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development.
  • The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and a high level of focus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies.
  • A desire and ability to be a team player, working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using your analytical skills to resolve issues and improve our overall quality and efficiency.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
