About The Position

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting, maintaining, and updating workforce data within the IL-Tollway Hiring Portal and other Illinois Workforce Education (IWE) platforms. This role is essential to supporting workforce development's IL-Tollway Grant by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. The Data Entry Specialist will work closely with staff to ensure compliance with institutional, and funding reporting requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Requirements

• Knowledge of data coordination, analysis, or a similar role, preferably in education or workforce development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in Hiring Portal with a high level of accuracy.
