About The Position

ION Solar is a rapidly expanding, full-service residential solar company with a strong nationwide presence. Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country. The HOA team contributes to Ion Solar by accurately and efficiently submitting HOA applications, following up with HOAs to obtain approvals, and communicating clearly with the customer.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Customer service experience required

Nice To Haves

• Solar experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Submit all HOA applications within 24 hours of hitting the queue
• Follow up with accounts weekly to determine approval status
• Communicate with all customers in the queue weekly to provide updates and answer questions.
• Communicate with other departments clearly to determine what is needed to move the account forward.
• Maintain both personal and team email - respond to all communication within 48 hours.
