About The Position

As a Data Analyst/Program Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Family and Community Support Services’ Teaching Together Home Visiting (TTHV) program. This position supports CAPSLO’s mission by providing support to the Family and Community Support Services staff, who work with clients and help them achieve self-sufficiency. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Five years of experience in office management and clerical duties, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets and tracking data.
  • Depending on the department assigned, a valid California driver’s license, a current DMV driving record, and proof of insurance may be required to fulfill job-related travel. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in two or more languages, including one that supports the needs of the program and community is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and data support to the TTHV program.
  • Ensure programs follow curriculum guidelines and capture quality data.
  • Enter intakes and programmatic file information into ClientTrack and other related software.
  • Maintain organized client files and complete follow-up surveys.
  • Compile and record statistical data for reports.
  • Support the TTHV team with clerical tasks, including word processing, data entry, filing, and tracking information.
  • Screen and direct telephone calls.
  • Maintain supplies and track program-related bills.
  • Assist with coordinating TTHV activities and preparing materials.
  • Provide logistical arrangements for meetings and activities.
  • Distribute information, letters, and memos to program management and staff.
  • Attend staff meetings, conferences, and workshops as required.
  • Adhere to all applicable safety rules and practices.
