About The Position

The role of the Data Entry Operator II includes: Operating a data entry device to record or verify a variety of standard, coded, or encoded business and statistical source date into a computer. Searching, interpreting, and selecting coding items in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years clerical and data entry computer experience.
Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office, and database programs.
Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug test.

Nice To Haves

Use of Microsoft Office 365 environment experience
Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Sharepoint/Planner/TEAMS

Responsibilities

Operates keyboard-controlled data entry devices such as computer, key-operated magnetic tape, or disc encoder to transcribe data into a format suitable for computer processing.
Operates an alphanumeric keyboard and transcribes procedures and relevant data entry equipment.
Works under close supervision and follows specific procedures or detailed instructions.
Works from various standardized source documents that have been coded.
Performs other related work as assigned.
Timely and cost-effective performance of duties.
Harmoniously working with other employees and customers.
Working with the Project Principals to fully coordinate all activities.
Effectively coordinate a number of projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
