A Local shipment coordinator oversees the packaging and transfer of goods where the transportation is required. The person will be coordinating and monitoring the pulling of inventory, entering work orders and creating shipping documents as necessary. Duties and responsibilities Assists in the upkeep and maintain updates of the Google sheets information for local delivers Communicate with the sales department the coordination of special instructions on local orders Organization of in/out documents / folders for orders pertaining to Local customers and Orlando direct shipments Packing list and invoice documentation upon request Provide mill certificates to local customers Enter of work orders Scanning documents to database Assist in billing process by invoicing local orders that have been delivered Communicate with different departments regarding local deliveries and work orders Pay rate is: $20+/hr based on experience
