Essential Duties & Responsibilities Read and understand orders, verifying accuracy. Correct order errors and communicate issues to the Team Leader or the appropriate department. Scan and process orders in the system. Prioritize orders based on aggregation, color requirements, order size, and urgent requests. Generate labels for ballistic components and boxes. Organize and match outer shell materials with the corresponding ballistic components. Work in accordance with company safety and quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform other related duties as assigned. Candidate Requirements Ability to read and follow instructions in English (Spanish fluency is helpful). Prior computer experience, including spreadsheets, inventory systems, ERP systems, or similar platforms. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Physical Demands & Working Conditions Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods. Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Requires repetitive movements of fingers, hands, and arms. Work Environment Fastâpaced production and assembly environment. Regular exposure to warehouse and materialâhandling areas. Use of PPE may be required depending on the task. Work involves coordination with scanning, assembly, and shipping teams. ITAR Requirements This position requires compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
