This role involves making documents accessible, conducting quality control, and working independently within a team environment. You will receive on-the-job training to ensure you are well-equipped to perform your duties, which include creating accessible documents and ensuring quality standards are met. Strong professional communication and time management skills are essential, as well as intermediate computer skills to handle various office software. This position requires someone who can maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the day-to-day digital remediation work required to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Maintain knowledge of digital remediation rules and guidelines in adherence to industry-governed (PDFUA / WCAG / HHS), and Crawford Technologies standards. Maintain client specifications for digital remediation as it pertains to their preferences. Maintain knowledge of alternate format rules and guidelines in adherence to industry, governed, and Crawford Technologies standards. Collaborate with the team on accessible document support and training. Capable of performing document transcription for all alternative formats provided by Crawford Technologies (Braille, Large Print, Audio, and e-Text). Maintain applicable security standards. Ensure quality control processes and requirements are met.
