About The Position

We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support within commissions, accounting, and bookkeeping. This role is essential to ensuring commission statements are processed correctly and efficiently. If you have strong data entry skills, thrive in a structured environment, and enjoy working with numbers and client information, this is the position for you.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in data entry
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Experience working with customer or client demographics
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Office suite

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance industry experience
  • Any experience in processing financial or commission-based data
  • Experience in roles with heavy client information handling (e.g., shipping handler/coordinator)

Responsibilities

  • Process commission statements received from vendors and enter data into internal systems
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple platforms
  • Work with and update client demographics (name, address, phone number, etc.)
  • Utilize Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications for daily tasks
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy to support financial workflows
  • Collaborate with Operations team members to ensure smooth processing of commissions
