Requirements

Data Entry: Experience entering document data into systems.
Typing: 6,000 KPH minimum with 98% accuracy.
Typing Test (Required)

At least 6 months of data entry experience. (School, classes, or professional settings are acceptable.)

Nice To Haves

Basic experience with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Document Intake: Receive scanned SOS documents through an electronic queue.
Quality Review: Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and meet state requirements.
Data Entry & Verification: Enter document information with precision into the state system and cross‑check entries for consistency and validate accuracy.
Error Resolution: Identify discrepancies, make corrections, and update records.
Workflow Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet daily processing goals.
Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
